Trip Vista Tours accepts payments through the following modes: UPI, Net Banking / Bank Transfers / Credit or Debit Cards, Cash ( only upon prior approval ), Cheque ( subject to prior confirmation and clearance ) .
All transactions must be made in India Rupees (INR). For international tours , the Rate of Exchange (ROE) applicable on the date of final payment will be used for billing purposes.
Private Tour :40% of the total trip cost, Group Departures: 30% of the total cost.
if advance payment is not made with 7 days itinerary finalization , quoted prices , accommodation options , and transport arrangements may change based on availability.
This advance must be paid after finalizing . Bookings will be processed only after receipt of this amount
To confirm your booking , an advance payment of RS 40 % of the total trip cost ( Whichever is higher ) is required) . The remaining balance must be paid at last 15 days before the trip start date . Failure to do so may result in cancellation , with applicable charges.
